I don’t trust one thing coming out of the TGA. They proved during covid that they are a snivelling, arse covering, pathetic excuse for a regulatory body, with their own interests above all others. If they’re so worried about ‘safety and efficacy’ then let them explain how they approved those substances for covid but BANNED ivermectin- banned it for covid. That’s malfeasance right there. Laetrile is also BANNED. The TGA don’t ‘test’ anything. They don’t conduct trials. They read what the manufacturer tells them and will approve whatever works best for them. They think DNA contamination is fine! When they provisionally approved the covid ‘vax’ to prevent covid…..and then it didn’t prevent covid - they thought it was fine to not e even bother to update the approval, never mind inform the Australian people. They are a despicable organisation funded almost exclusively by big pharma and they should be obliterated….
I read all of the above with objective appreciation and comprehension. Then I'm obliged to confront the other overarching fact that the undemocratic approaches and edicts of our politicians and bureaucrats are nothing other than carbon copies of those being simultaneously forced upon every other ostensibly democratic western society. This means that these measures aren't such that local constituents can take their so-called 'representatives' to task about, but rather they're blanket edicts from some hidden 'force' that western politicians are very obviously subservient to. Therefore, the HUGE question is..... why have all these supposedly upstanding freedom loving individuals in political control of so many 'sovereign' countries all fallen en masse, in lock step, under the spell of a coven of faceless, unelected, unaccountable demonic individuals....???
Reading the article, I came to the conclusion that the good Dr Brighthope is perhaps trying to sound more scientifically palatable to someone. Realistically patients do and should have the right to consent to treatments on offer, and whilst I get that they may not offer them the good oil, so to speak, isn’t it the patients right to seek their own medicines and treatments, or second (third, fourth..) opinions? The Tee Gee Aye is imho, ( particularly as we know where it’s funding has come from), completely unreliable and untrustworthy with regard to anyones health. So I am left scratching my head as to why Ian would write and include them as a source with some credibility. As Victoria Ferguson so aptly states, modern meds have only been around 120 years. The Drs of the ancient past , like Hildegard of Bingen, used medicines that were all natural. Bring back those days, I say. Because every modern ( TGA approved) medicine has at least one side effect, which may be completely unacceptable, and often is. Seen this first hand as a health worker and personally. Sadly it’s not often that Drs will slow down to discuss any of this, and the gullible will often accept anythung because they want their symptoms gone. The mad bill well it is appropriately named. Steer well clear, and obstruct in any way you can in what’s left of our democracy.
Good article, but as I read it I kept transposing what Ian was saying. It kept me amused. For example, he was talking about natural remedies, complimentary supplements, and wrote that vulnerable people may believe x supplement is helpful without evidence and that the supplement could be dangerous in the wrong dosage.. I read "vulnerable people may believe the jabs are safe and effective without evidence they may believe one jab is good, two jabs are better, a few boosters will certainly make me invisible." thank you Ian, I find your articles very informative but had fun with this one.
The compelling evidence for herbal medicine is provided by the fact that pharma drugs have only been around for maximum 120 years. Before that all civilisations lived to get us here now, so talking about evidence is a serious joke.
And I would add, that if we have learned anything from the past five years, it’s that we can never go back to simplistically trusting Doctors, who we know are giving us a paid presentation when we have a consult. They are all on the take, to b i g P h a r m a , even if they only accept a post it note pad. They have been swayed by the paradigm, and so anything they say to us is tainted. Unless they are one of the few who resisted the c o n v i d nonsense and probably got sidelined for it. Then you know they have principles of some kind, and deserve further scrutiny. And Ian, if you have been taken hostage, please use a safe word so we can jail break you.

Exactly. Let’s get a real safety organisation that will have as it’s mission statement the aim to keep us safe and healthy.

Absolutely undeniable points you make… I suggest power and money will feature heavily in the answer to that question …

Albo is MAD

thx 🌹🌻🌸💐💚💛💜❤️🌼😍🥰
The MAD bill would promote diversity? Diversity of what?
And are the people pushing assisted suicide also for the right to try? I doubt it.
Thanks Ian.
The system the first world uses suites the allopathic drug manufacturers/delivery system. It is not a good or bad thing, simply the way it evolved.
This results in alternative medications appearing to be second class. This is necessary to maintain the status of allopathic medication
As long as the TGA is 96% funded by the Pharmaceutical establishment, this will remain so.
Have a go - as we say in Oz, when all else fails
