And so it was in New Zealand, where the political narrative, 'Safe and Effective', was enforced by the NZ Medical Council who 'directed' (coerced) all Councils and Boards under the NZ Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act (2003) into strict and draconian compliance, one that materially imposed an edict that prohibited practitioners from informing patients about the patient's inability to determine or provide informed consent for an invasive, uncertain, non-generalisable, negative risk benefit, novel 'experimental' injection. -
